Punisher Vs Barracuda

I've really enjoyed the whole Barracuda story line in the Punisher comics and I've become a big fan of Mr. Goran Parlov the artist working on it. Here's my littel rendition.

Koshie The Deathless

Man I have not drawn anything in forever it's frustrating. I've also been spending every waking hour infront of my computer. So when I was really burnt out and couldn't handle my computer a moment longer I took the opportunity to draw this little diddy. I have just recently picked up issues four and five of "Hellboy: Darkness Calls" and I really enjoy this character. Anywhooo until my next mental breakdown toooda looo.

Sculpted Old Man Heads

I'm back in school and working on a concept for a short film. It involves an elderly man, a squirrel and a bird feeder. These are some character concepts I sculted out of plasticine. I'm going with the top one.

Comic Pages

Well here they finally are. Sample Pages 1 to 10 of a possible direction for my Viking and Samurai comic. I had these done a long time ago but decided they needed a few small changes before posting, then I sat back and got lazy for a bit and set them to the side. Recently I decided it was time to get into gear so the changes have been made and I am finally posting these s.o.b's. Let me know what you's think.

I don't know what I do with my days any more but I'll tell you what I haven't been doing is drawing. It is sad but true and hopefully that is about to change. I just did this for fun before bed nothing much, just some random mucheesemoe.

Cowboy

Here are some images of a 3d cowboy I've been working on here and there. It still needs some work but I think it is coming along pretty nicely.It is all made, excluding the hat, from one simple cube just to see if I could do it.

Well, well, it has been a while since I posted last, so I'm throwing up this little diddy just for the sake of doing it. I was just goofing around working on my female figures and thought this was kind of a fun sketch. I don't like the male figure but he was more just a quick after thought inspired by the girls posture and expression.

Colt Revolver

I've been working on some 3D lately trying to dust off some of the rust from my memory banks. I've built a cowboy and now I'm working on some excessories for him. This will be his gun, although it will be altered because it has to be a lazer gun. I'm thinking just some batteries on the bullet holder. It may need to be longer as well I haven't put it next to the cowboy.I thought it turned out pretty well.

Viking Ship

So frustration sets in, I always thought I loved the concept of vikings but having read more about them the guys were A-holes. So my story may be taking of a turn more pure fantasy. I wanted to take an existing historical event and tell it with a fantsy twist but all they really have historically on vikings are the accounts from villages where viking soldiers raided, raped and murdered innocents and priests to amass riches. Obviously this does not portray them in a heroic light and isn't the type of story I want to tell which means I will end up going almost pure fantasy.

Monster Magic

Did this up while watching hockey last night. I really like the way the monster turned out now that I look at it fresh. I think I may colour and ink this bad boy some time in the no too distant future.

Coloured Concept

Again this is an older piece a concept peice for the same story idea as the creature designs. I actually submitted this one to an art show called envelope in Detroit that a friend of mine put on. The only criteria was that the entry had to fit in an envelope. This was my first attempt at digital colour and I thought it turned out pretty well as such.

Locations

Again this is some older stuff just some of the locations sketches I have done for various reasons. This site has become a place for me to direct some of the people I am applying to for jobs inorder to get a view of my art, so I am trying to put up a broader selection of samples.

Creature Designs

I did these a while ago they are a collection of alien creatures I designed . One of my favourite things to do is create these type of imaginary beasts . I had been considering doing some kind of space adventure at the time I did these and these creatures would have been some of the beings inhabiting that world.

Ryan Reynolds

I know what your thinking and yes I do have a man crush on Ryan Reynolds but it's entirely non sexual. I got the reference from a rogers video pamphlets. They were promotional pics from Smoking Ace's which is a good movie in my opinion.

Venom

I drew this a while ago but just decided to add some colour to it today. I figured with the upcoming movie why not post it. I liked the idea of the suit kindah swirling and moving on top of him like gas on a parking lot puddle.

Samurai vs Beasts

Well here I go again with more Samurai. I really do enjoy drawing them I'll tell you that much. These guys are enjoying some sword play with some of imaginations fearsome creatures. Although neither beast is actually that scary I like them. Hopefully y'all do too. Y'all come back now yah hear.

Sam's, Sam's and more Sam's. Its like I have some kind of obession or something. Oh well.

Samurai vs Pirate

What can I say I felt like drawing some more samurai. I need a drawing table, I need to get in a place where I can feel inspired. I find the house I'm staying in is stifling my creative drive. It's like trying to study in a filthy room, it's distracting, you feel like you need to clean before you can get started. Problem is seeing as this isn't my house I can't actually tidy or change anything. It's messing up my chi. I mean they make horse shoes but do they make horse socks...... Is anyone listening to me?
